• Mini Proposal Session (45 minutes, 1 location) – $250
• Extended Proposal Session (90 minutes, 2 locations) – $350
• Sessions outside Nashville:
• 20–40 miles → +$50
• 40–60 miles → +$100
• Over 60 miles → custom quote
